Why Customer Service is Important

Customer Service.

These two words make or break a company. Customer service is an important part of gaining new clients but also keeping the old.

One of the ways I have been relating this to photography is through making sure my customers get treated with the utmost respect, get timely responses/pictures, and just simply create relationships with me.

Some of the best memories I’ve had shooting is when I really get to know my customer and have fun times with them. I’m still learning what to do and what not to do but I’m getting there.
